The whole sub design  has been added to and improved on over the cyclops. DSE uses thrusters to maneuver in conjunction with an expanded ballast system capable of taking in more water. The new Ballast fits more parts and a stronger structural backbone that all internal components connect to.

 

Thrusters allow DSE to ascent and Descend once trimmed via ballast and rotate in place. It features a more roomy hull and allows for upgrades over time
